Pyaar ke dushman

A bitch, by which a mean a female labrador and not a nasty woman, became pregnant with help from a mongrel, and gave birth to ten puppies in West Bengal. While the couple has not been outed from polite society or bludgeoned to near-death in the manner of Bollywood potboilers, the bitch's guardian has received disciplanry action and his salary has been cut!

That's right. The labrador happens to be a guard dog, and her maternity leave, grudgingly given, is being blamed at her linient guardianship. This is what the boss has to say: "It is a very sensitive issue in our department...The Labrador could not carry out her duties properly during her pregnancy and at time of delivery she was on leave."
